These large linen wall hangings, table runners and purses came out of an amazing summer of Hibiscus blossoms. We kept trying different approaches arranging plants and using the a mirror image when possible. Just folding these large pieces of fabric in half, lengthwise, was a study in managing bulky linen rolls. Hibiscus flowers dye beautifully, both sides. Taking advantage of these large, dinner-plate blossoms and using other plants in the garden as background, we faithfully served the abundance of viable plants and flowers, flourishing in the garden.
