The Team
Sharon Grosh
My art is inspired by the beauty and complexity of the natural world. I incorporate earth, sky and water in my themes as a reminder of where inspiration emerges. I bridge several process-oriented techniques to create texture and color from both paper and fabric. As a mixed media artist, there is no limit to the sources that can be combined into art pieces on varied substrates. Each time I learn a new technique it generates newly-sourced materials that I use. I find this allows me to create unique, playful, deep, natural colors that are themes from the natural world.

Ruth Klabunde
My artistic practice is fueled by a commitment to lifelong learning and the love of textiles. This journey recently expanded into the challenging and rewarding world of floral design, enriching my understanding of organic forms and materials. The interdisciplinary connection is now realized through eco-dyeing, a technique that uses my love for fabric and botanicals. This process, which draws natural pigments directly from foliage and flowers, has become a core fascination, offering constant surprise as it yields unexpected patterns and hues, marking an exciting new chapter in my evolving work. ruthklabunde.com
Lisette Schlosser
I am Lisette Schlosser, a relative newbie to creating art. I began exploring different mediums after my wife passed away in 2022, as a way to get out of my spinning head.
I’ve explored mosaic, wet-felting, needle felting, visible stitching, saori weaving, printmaking, beading and eco-dyeing. I especially love the textures of fiber art.
I have the pleasure of spending most Tuesdays in the garden with two friends exploring the world of eco-dyeing. There is so much more to discover!
